Windows Blue Screen Crashes

The SPK then links to Microsoft.com, finds the matching version of the operating system and patch level, retrieves critical system data, and adds it to the Report. When complete, the SPK Crash Report names the misbehaved driver, backed with supporting diagnostic detail. In many cases, the user only needs to check the driver vendor’s Web site and install an updated version on the PC. In cases where there is no resolution, the SPK can send the Report, complete with development-level data, to the vendor for analysis.
